When can I expect my order to arrive?
I typically send out physical orders in batches every 2-3 weeks depending on the amount, the duration of pre-orders, etc. You'll receive an email notifying you when your order has been shipped out. Digital orders are sent out manually in batches and will be emailed to you in 1-2 weeks.

Is there a tracking number included with my order?
Orders being shipped as a parcel within Canada and US come with tracking. The tracking number will be sent to you when your order has been shipped out.

What is your policy on refunds and exchanges?
I do not provide exchanges for online purchases. All sales are final and do not qualify for refunds.

The only exception is if an item with notable flaws in prodution quality was purchased at full price and was not listed as a B-Grade item. In this case, please email me through the contact form and if it's determined your order qualifies, I will provide a partial refund. The amount refunded will depend on the severity of the flaw and the item in question. Items purchased while on sale are not included under this exception.

My order got damaged or lost in transit. What should I do?
In the unfortunate event that your order was lost or damaged, I can only recommend that you contact your post office to seek reimbursement for the mishandling of your package.
